Favorite Quiet, romantic AI's
My hubby and I need to reconnect and get away without the children and I would like an All inclusive. Of course great atmosphere and good food are important but a great deal on cost would be better. I am having trouble narrowing down my options. Have looked into:
Blue Diamond
Secrets Maroma
Le Blanc
Live Aqua
and all the Couples resorts but selecting one is so hard! 
Any opinions on your experience would be greatly appreciated. Last year we took a family vacation and stayed at the Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana and it was great but I would like a different experience this time.

That was a strong choice on my list as well. May I ask your take on the rooms and if it's worth upgrading to Excellence Club? They do offer some great deals. Thank you!
We didn't do Excellence Club...I don't remember all of the details, but we didn't think it was worth it. We decided to use the money to get a rooftop terrace room instead, and we LOVED having our own pool. I would totally do it again if we went back, so I highly recommend it!
This is where we went on our honeymoon too and I have to agree with all of the above!! We were there for 7 nights, and even though it's secluded/isolated, we found we had plenty of things to do and never got bored.
