I posted something about this yesterday, but I think it was accidentally deleted somehow. If it shows up again, my apologies for the repost!
I am currently a preschool teacher but have been considering a career change. I've worked with special needs students in my classes, including students with autism. I noticed that there are several ABA centers in my area that are currently hiring therapists. I'm interested in the position, but would like to learn a little more first.
If you work with autistic kids/ABA, could you tell me what your typical day is like? What are the challenges/rewards? What do you love and hate about your job? Thanks in advance!
