That's basically what we had last night and will have for leftovers tonight. I just put frozen chicken breasts, a sprinkling of taco seasoning, and some chunky salsa in the slow cooker. Shredded the meat when it was done and served on whole wheat tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado.

One of my favorite dinners EVER *and* it is better as leftovers. Yum!
We had sloppy joe's. This is the summer of white trash eating. We have a ton of sh!t to do to our yard so $$$ is tight.
I have to work late tonight so I'll either have leftover pot roast sliders from last night or I'm thinking about making some blackened chicken alfredo.
