Getting rid of bikini hair without waxing or shaving?
I used to be a 6 week waxer, although it hurt so bad I wanted to literally kill myself every time. It's expensive, time consuming (driving there and back, plus the appt) and painful, so I'm looking for an alternative. Shaving gives me crazy razor burn. Are there any alternatives? I want something I can do at home. Creams? I think I remember hearing about an at-home laser type remover?
TIA!

I am watching this thread because I need to wax badly (shaving never works out) but it is a huge pain and expensive! Hope someone answers...

Any weird side effects? Any horrible itching episodes after?
I just bought Nair at home sugar wax. I haven't tried it yet, and I fully expect it to still hurt... but it is a lot cheaper than the salon!
I am terrified to try the Veet because Nair hair removal lotion always gave my legs a burning, hellish painful rash for days.

This is like a mini handheld shaver, and Amazon's reviews say it is extremely gentle and safe on very intimate areas.
I've always used the Nair for Bikini line...doesn't give me red bumps or itching, and it lasts a few days longer than shaving.
