The Nest ate my post! Cancun - Moon Palace

I posted a few days ago, but it seems to have dissapeared.
Has anyone stayed at the Moon Palace in Cancun? We are going for a wedding next month, and I wondered if anyone has any insider tips, best ways to use resort credits (although, maybe they are a waste?), etc.

We went last year for a wedding, and thought it was a great place for a destination wedding., We stayed in the Grand section, which was nice. No real insider tips, but the pool bars were great. For resort credits, my husband went golfing (it was incredibly hot though), I had a spa treatment, and I think that was it. We didn't use all of the credits, so it was kind of a waste. One of our friends used hers to upgrade her room to ocean front, but the oceanfront rooms were smaller so we didn't opt for that.
It really was a fantastic resort for a destination wedding - so many pools so our group took over the smaller pool in the grand section every day and just hung out. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from at night too. Have a great time!
My husband and I stayed at the Moon Palace for our honeymoon. We loved it because there was a great selection of restaurants right on the property. The beach and pool areas were beautiful. I didn't find much to do at night but that was ok because we like to relax. It's also close enough to town if you want to leave the resort to do some shopping or have dinner away from the resort. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Cancun.
We did not have any resort credits so not sure the best way to use them.
