In need of an easy recipe...quick :-)
My boyfriend just decided to tell me that his Dad is driving through and will be here for dinner tonight. Any ideas of something fairly easy I could throw together after work? Thanks!

In that situation I would probably just do spaghetti or something. Everyone likes it. You can go super easy and get jarred sauce, bagged salad, and some bread from your grocery store bakery.
Or you could check out these 16 minute meals in PW's blog. I haven't made any of them, but she usually has good recipes.
stir fry: dirty brown rice w/ shrimp, asian beef w/ veggies, pineapple & chicken
burgers: jalapeno pepperjack burgers, sriracha burgers, reuben burgers, chicken burgers, chicken and onion flatbread
beef: asian meatballs with lime dipping sauce, cashew beef, meatballs with peppers and pineapple
chicken: bourbon chicken , chicken fried rice,
mozzarella baked gnocchi, edamame fried rice, shrimp scampi
