Anyone have wild bamboo growing in their yard?

I'm looking for ten stalks? I'd hate to pay for A weed. I'm thinking of cutting some down in fairmount park. I totally know that's illegal.

  • Funny we just purchased some 3 weeks ago.  $100 for a pot.  My husband, every time he passes some on the highway or some random place, always wants to go back in the middle of the night to cut it down.  He finally broke down and just went and paid for it.  I totally feel you about paying for a weed.

Yes! That would be amaze balls.

  • We have a ton of bamboo growing on the side of our house, if you want some. We actually were going to cut some down but we can wait and just have you take it.

Do you just want to cut it down or dig it up? We've dug it up before, and it's really tough (not impossible but the roots are really strong, and you'll get a workout!).

Well, let me know! You're welcome to come take some. There are a few sections that we were going to cut down anyway. It's not too thick --- maybe an inch in diameter?
