Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

help with at door!!!
We put a cat door on the basement door so we could put the cats litter box and food down stairs, mainly so the dog can't get at it. He wouldn't use it at first and I looked online and it said to leave it propped open for a day or two. We did that and he used it no problem. But when the flap is closed he wont. We have put him down there and closed it and he will not go through it he will just sit at the door and cry. I even tried putting his favorite food on the other side. Any suggestions?
