I have something gross to discuss
Alright, I totally feel like something is "stuck" in one of my intestines. Meaning, I can GO but it feels like something else is up there that doesn't want to come out. I did a cleansing thing yesterday and I am cleansed but whatever it is, is still up there. One of my friends suggested prune juice but mentioned it would make things difficult for a few days and I can't exactly do that during the work week. Regardless, I am very uncomfortable and was uncomfortable all weekend and have been for oh, 3 weeks or so. Yuck.
Re: I have something gross to discuss
I know, I know. But I am on a crap insurance plan right now until my new insurance starts - total mess. I keep justifying that it is just stress - I have had A LOT of stress lately and the addition of DH's parents acting like jack@sses on top of the other stress I already have, isn't helping things at all. But honestly, it feels like, and this is nasty but..when I GO I don't feel any relief at all. You know, what I mean, generally a person just feels amazing but I still feel like...well..sh!t. Ha ha ha.
Ignoring the doctor responses, since I can't do that until next week..should I try another cleanse?
((Sorry, I know, so gross))
It is possible to be plugged up and still go some. Have your recent bowel movements (cleanse aside) been of a normal consistency? I would not do another cleanse, but maybe up my natural fiber intake and / or take normal doses of colace for a coupe of days. You don't want something to make you try too much.
That said, you may want to get to making an appointment for just after your coverage starts so you don't have to wait then.
Tired, irritable. Oh wait, that's normal. Nope, just the lack of..relief and the "full" feeling.
All the others have been of normal consistency but an odd color. Green-esque.
my bookshelf!
Bloggy
Alright, I am doing that.
And come to think of it...I used to eat a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios every morning for breakfast when I got to work but got busy the past 2 weeks or so and forgot (or ran out and was too lazy to buy more)...seems like my issues started about then...hmph.
