A lefty question

I have a left handed pair of scissors which are fantastic, but I have been searching high and low for a pair of pinking shears at a reasonable price and they just don't seem to exist.

Are right handed pinking shears going to work ok for a lefty? I cannot cut with my right hand at all.

Re: A lefty question

  • As a lefty who cuts with her left hand, I don't own a pair of lefty scissors or pinking shears....I use right handed scissors.  The difference is your ability to line up with righty scissors.

It turns out (as I have always used right handed scissors) you can see where the blades are lined up if you are using the "appropriate" scissors as opposed to not so you should  be able to adjust and use right handed pinking shears.  GL!
