TGIF!

Evern though it was only a 4-day week, it feels like it took for freaking ever.

What's up for the weekend?

Re: TGIF!

  • Today - I'm working from home and M has off to study. I'm hoping things are quiet so I can clean the bathrooms and stuff. Tonight we're going to dinner and maybe rent a movie.

Tomorrow - M's test! Finally! And I'm going into the city for some Nestie time!! :)

Sunday - We're going to M's cousin's for lunch and then running around to Dollar Stores to try and finish up the graduation bags for the preschool.

  • Today - cleaning, cooking, running errands, hair appt in the afternoon, then our house guest arrives this evening. Maybe we'll watch a movie, otherwise we'll just sit around and chat.

Saturday - no clue. Whatever our friend wants to do, maybe go explore some places, hang out, go out to eat.

Sunday - our guest leaves, laundry, mass, play around in the nursery and organize some, get ready for our trip to FL.

  • I'm off work today.  Lucas is still asleep and I just put cupcakes in the oven.  We have to run to the bank and then we're going to our friends house for a graduation party for her son.  Tonight he has a softball game.

Tomorrow: Lucas and I are going to our friends son's all-star baseball tournament.  He's so excited we're going. E has to work.

Sunday: Not sure.  I may go to a bridal shower for my soon to be cousin in law but I haven't decided yet.

  • Happy Friday!

Today- maybe work, maybe a run, some light cleaning. Nothing major.

Tomorrow- we are heading to Columbus to hang out with some friends for the day and catch up.

Sunday- prepping for the beginning of summer semester.

  • Today: Working from home, then meeting up with DH and our friends and heading to the Zac Brown Band concert! I'm so excited, but it's supposed to rain, and we have lawn seats, so I'm hoping it holds off.

Tomorrow: Dress fitting for the wedding I'm in at the end of June, then not sure. Hopefully something fun with DH.

Sunday: Hiking then a bbq at our house with SIL and her bf.

  • I think the weather is supposed to be crappy this weekend which is kind of a bummer. We have nothing planned really. We wanted to go out on a date night Saturday, but we don't have a babysitter (BOO!). I have cleaning and laundry to do and a few errands. Other than that nothing special.

  • Today I am packing and cleaning and need to do a few errands.  Then we are driving out to my IL's for the weekend.  I hope Mackenzie does ok on the road trip.  We are going to leave as soon as DH gets off work and hope she doesn't decide to sleep the whole way because it will basically be her bedtime when we get there.  I"m actually looking forward to going out there and usually I dread it just because it takes up the whole weekend.

  • Tonight: relax with DH, hopefully book our vacation

Tomorrow: maybe some gardening, going to the big garage sale being held by my church, maybe go see "Snow White and the Huntsman".

Sunday: church, go out for lunch with some friends to celebrate my best friend's university graduation, hang out at a friend's house in the evening

This is my favorite of everyone's weekend plans! :) Also, I'll probably text you, but how do you feel about a visitor maybe Monday or Tuesday?

  • Our weekend plans are pretty much consisting of working on the kitchen. I will probably continue working out in the yard, I have some flowers that need to be planted and a few more plants need to go in the garden. I am hoping I don't have to assist DH with too much of the kitchen stuff, he is hoping to have some people come help him on Sunday.

We will probably go out to eat at least one night, and it will probably be take-out the other nights. Oh the joys of kitchen renovation!!

Sounds great! We are sending our parents home on Sunday so we will have an empty house!

  • Tonight- getting a pedicure (right now actually) and then dinner by my mom. J has a track meet an won't be home until late. Mil is watching Katie.

Tomorrow- shopping in the morning and then my cousins engagement party in the afternoon. (wish I could be at the nestie GtG!!)

Sunday-  a friend from grammar school is coming over to visit. Haven't seen her in about 6 years. Should be interesting!

  • The short weeks always feel like the longest!

Weather is supposed to be cruddy here so I think our plans are probably ruined since we were going to finish up some outdoor work and have a BBQ. I think instead we may head to the movies tomorrow or go up to visit my brother.

  • Believe it or not, this is the ONLY weekend all summer that we don't have something going on!  (traveling, houseguests, etc.)

We're just planning on hanging out and starting to clear out what will be the nursery.  Church on Sunday, and I'm going to dinner with a friend Sunday night.

    Enjoy the weekend ladies!!

  • I spent Friday night at Disneyland Grad Nite... we arrived yesterday to Dland around noon, left around 3:30 in the MORNING... oye. I'm EXHAUSTED. I had so much fun. Jacob was able to join as a chaperone and we spent the day time riding rides but very laid back. Like we had no problem just stopping and relaxing for a bit here and there. We hung out with the other 3 teachers (one of whom's boyfriend also joined us) for most of the event until the very last two hours and we went on a few rides just the two of us. :) It was a super fun event. I have to say, Disneyland does an EXCELLENT job of putting on an awesome party, organizing and making sure the kids are having fun (without opportunities for trouble - like they have certain areas cordoned off to avoid unsupervised areas).

Today, I woke up late, Jacob and I went for breakfast at like 1pm, lol. Then we came back to my house, played a Constitution game he got me and then ended up napping b/c we were so tired. I napped for like 2 hours (unlike me to nap during the day) and oh it felt so good!! Now, we're going to have a low key evening, watch a movie or something.

Tomorrow is my birthday and Jacob got me tickets to go to this cool event in the late morning. I'm super excited about it (will post more on fb). My sister is joining us and I'm really excited about that. I only have to work for like 2 hours on Monday so going to rest/catch up and write the graduation speech then. Hehe, nothing like waiting until the last minute!
