I've been at my current job 6 years. While I love what I do, the hours are unpredictable (I go in whenever the work starts, usually 630-7ish) and end when its done (earliest around 6, most often as late as 10 or 11) and its not something I know in advance. I have 2 kids and when I get stuck after 12 hours, have to have someone take over as their dad works nights.
Im on ML and have an interview for a position this week with more stable hours. When they ask why I'm leaving my current position, I need a positive answer, but don't have one besides for improved quality of life. I'm in the healthcare field.
