As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Re: QOTD
Drew and I do a lot of compromising, but even with that I would say that I do. Not in a spoiled will-throw-tantrums-to-do-it kind of way, but I'm always happy with how things end up.
Work is a different story- I definitely don't feel like I get my way there. Sometimes it's ok, but lately it's been really bothering me that I don't own some of the things/reports/processes that I think I should.
