Best place to find last minute tickets?

I know it's been discussed a million times but I have no idea how to search so please indulge me.
DH just arranged a business thing in Vegas in 3 weeks. I can use FF miles but hate to use that many for a short (4 days) trip like this. Where would I look for cheap seats for cash (hoping it would be a better choice)?

I don't know where you're located but if you have Allegiant Air in your area, check them out. We always fly super cheap to Vegas with them, seats under $100.
Other than that, search Kayak.com to see which airline has the cheapest fare for the time you want to go.
