I keep thinking it's Friday.
My doctor wanted me to start drinking some nutrition shakes so I bought Ensure. I feel like a geriatric. AND they have more calories and fat than the Frappuccinos I've been drinking. but at least these have nutrients...

Unfortunately, I've got to head out to a coffee shop to do some work this afternoon. Caribou perhaps... And that frappe would be perfect!
