Not wedding related but I don't post much over on The Bump so....
We had our first midwife appointment finally today. And we got to hear the heart beat. FINALLY some reassurance there is in fact a baby in there. (Other than the vomiting and nausea to remind me!). It was so awesome.
Next week we got for our dating ultra sound. Then we are going to start telling our parents.

It hasnt been that hard because I ended up telling my sister. We werent planning on telling anyone, but I was highly emotional and needed to talk to her.
A few times I have really wanted to tell my mum... when I have been feeling really sick I get the "I want my mum!!!" But we wanted to wait until we had seen the midwife and had an ultrasound. Also with fathers day coming up it is a great way to tell our dads.
