I'm doing yardwork tomorrow morning, and then going to a cousin's graduation party.
Sunday I'm taking Oliver to LBI for the day (one of my friend's parents has a house there). He hasn't been to the beach since last summer when he was only a year old, so I'm hoping he likes it more this year!

Re: weekend plans?
esyn- i owe you a bamboo email, sorry!
tonight, just milo and I chilling out and eating tacos.
tomorrow: prep work to lay our new kitchen floor, switch out all cabinet hardware and pretty much finish our kitchen we started redoing in november
sunday: lay the new floor in the morning, and hopefully check out some vintage base ball in the afternoon.
the thought of actually having a new kitchen floor is amazing. and it is going to be so pretty and bright with white with black spec tiles.
Back from vacation and no work for the next two weekends, so I seriously need to do some grocery shopping, cleaning and laundry (which requires me to go to Target to get laundry detergent first). Sad how I actually look forward to weekends of no work where I can do work around the house!
Tonight- Just chill at home with DH. Probably order out since we have virtually no food in the house
Saturday- Errands and chores. May attempt to reorganize my kitchen cabinets.
Sunday- Church and finish up whatever I didn't finish on Saturday.
tonight: Norm MacDonald at Helium and dinner at Jones afterwards. This is my bday present from the hubs.
tomorrow: surprise pool party for DH's cousin
sunday: taking the kid to have his pics taken at Target to use a groupon I've got and maybe we'll take the kid to the park if it's nice. Just a low key day.
lachute - you must post pictures when it's all done!
babe - were you the one that went to Italy? How was it?
I have a wicked head cold, care of Jack, just in time for the weekend so I'll be laying low tonight.
Saturday - I have a much needed massage scheduled in the morning and then i'll probably do yard work
Sunday - SIL's baby shower

Tomorrow: early rise time, 10K trail race on one of the old DuPont estates (our first time participating!), some house chores, don't know what we are doing for Saturday evening
Sunday: baby shower for my dear friend, after that...who knows!?!
Tonight: Dinner at the in-laws and I get to drop the bomb that I can't make family vacation, I'm debating on not saying anything and then just not showing up. Thoughts?

I'd love a black and white kitchen floor. Definitely take pics!
Ditto. Would like details!
We have friends coming up from Philly both days. : )
Around that I would like to do some weeding and hang the last 2 pics in the nursery. Mostly I'm just excited to catch up with friends and try and keep this baby baking as long as possible so we'll be taking it very gently!
I just saw this--yes, it was me! And, it was fabulous. We started in Rome, went to Florence, then to small towns in Tuscany, Venice and Milan. Venice was the highlight of the trip for me. I absolutely fell in love with that city. Bologna was great as well, mostly because there is some awesome food there. It's a good thing we walked everywhere because I ate my weight in pizza, gelato and pasta. I posted a few photos to my blog while we were gone and hope to do another post or two about the trip soon, so feel free to check it out if interested!
