I am in Berlin for a month!! Any food, activity, or site recs?

I spent about 3 or 4 days in Berlin and the best thing I did was the Berlin Walks Discover Berlin Tour.

I did it the first day and it gave a great overview of the city, lots of history and gave me ideas of things I wanted to do/see with the rest of my time. I honestly don't remember where I ate at all, so I'm no help there.
Orianienburger Strasse, Tacheles, Soviet War Memorial, Kufurstendam, Checkpoint Charlie, Reichstag...
A whole bunch of other stuff I can't remember.
