Wedding night....did you or did you not....(maybe TMI?)

get busy with your new husband?!?!

H and I did, we were wiped out, but we did it (not the first time or anything.) I didn't have the energy to put on any of the cute outfits I got from VS, but I did find the strength to put on my cute "Bride" undies and that was it!

Re: Wedding night....did you or did you not....(maybe TMI?)

  • We did not. We had planned on it. He had to peel me out of the dress and we were totally exhausted. We made up for it after breakfast...

  • We did....we didn't do it for about 2 weeks before because of AF and then figured it would be better if we waited a few more days.  I thought I was going to be way to tired when the time came, but I put on an outfit and it was actually pretty good!  Then we actually had enough energy afterword to go in the hot tub in our room!

  • Nope...ha we had a house with 30 people in it! To be honest it didn't happen to we were on our hm!

  • We had sex after we got back from the reception but before going to the hotel bar with everyone...H made sure all of his guys knew, too.

  • totally did....wasn't the first time or anything, we've lived together for 2 years.... and it all started by helping me outta my dress, then i was trying to brush out all my curls to get in the shower and he ambushed me!! he kinda foiled my plan though, i had a cute little outfit (1 of 3) i was gonna sport for him.... oh well... i made up for it on the HM.... :)

  • Nope- We were exhausted. We actually didn't do it until a couple of days into our HM- 1,000% didn't mind at the time, but looking back on it I wish we would've done it sooner.

  • We did do it....

But I had a little melt down before we got to the hotel, it took SO long for my Step sister to drop my step brother off at his house, and I was so exhausted, hot, tired, thirsty that I started crying.

This is what happened to us.  H and I had a bit to drink at the wedding, which ended up with me passing out immediately after H uncorseted me (still in full makeup, including my fake lashes).  I woke up 3 hours later - H was still fully dressed (minus his tux jacket, which did not make it back to the room with us) with his iPhone on his chest (last thing I remember is him trying to order a pizza...).

We were just SO exhausted the next day, and we left for our honeymoon and didn't get to our hotel until almost midnight, so needless to say it took a few days!

  • We did. Though TBH I wasn't that into it. It was 2:30 in the morning, and I was exhausted and sore from my dress and dancing all night.

  • No! I'm so bummed we didn't but it was because we went out with friends AFTER the reception and had too much to drink so I fell asleep in the car on the way back to our apartment, H carried me across the threshold (I was still asleep, lol) and then I woke up in the morning with my hair and makeup all messed up. We did it the morning though!

  • We did.  It definitely wasn't our hottest night ever, but we did the deed! We went out after the reception to the hotel bar, so it was like 2 or 3 in the morning and we were a little drunk and a lot tired.
  • We did, although I have to admit I was NOT in the mood!! I was so tired but I figured it's the only wedding night we'll ever have so we had a quickie and passed out.

We did. It wasn't the most mind blowing time in the sheets we ever had but it was our wedding night and we made the most of it. I was slightly more excited to put on the robe and cuddle up in the big bed with my hubby after I showered but I didn't mind the slight change in plans after the shower :)

  • We were tired but we did twice. It was our first night alone since DD was born so we really made the most of it! lol
  • We did...we got in the jacuzzi tub first in our room and then made an attempt at it. But by that time we were both sleepy, tired and cranky. So it wasn't the best and we took a mini nap instead (we got married at 12, reception was over at 4 so nap is what happened). But I am not a big napper either and I was feeling restless so we went to the mall and got something to eat. We found a putt putt course at the mall and played a round then we got back to the venue with some wine and snacks (we got the carriage house at the venue for the night as part of our wedding price) and watched the second wedding of the night carry out through the windows of our room (big creepers...I know). We did it once more that night and that time...it was amazing. Actually being married has made a lot more of it better....hahahaha
  • Yes, we did. Our reception was over at 10 and we were in our room shortly after that. We were damned tired, but managed a second wind. After he helped me out of my dress, I did go clean up (I had been sweatin' like crazy) and put on a cute outfit. But it didn't stay on long! Lol. The hotel provided us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, which was a nice treat for after! I honestly didn't want to go to sleep that night because it meant that the dream day was over!
  • We did. I agree it wasn't the best but being married has made it better. However I must admit we once did it once on the HM. This being because aunt flo made a surprise appearance. She did not come at all in April due to stress and everything and then showed up late last month.

We were super tired that night and we got to the house changed clothes, opened the presents, did it, and then went to bed.

  • We absolutely did!  How could you not?  It's your wedding night?!  Was it mind blowing....no, but it was special (not our first time either).  We fell asleep and for some reason DH was awake at 6am and taking a shower, packing and heading out for the day.  I told him he was nuts!  We didn't do a honeymoon but he wanted to jump start the day early.  He said he wanted to start the first day early and couldn't wait to tell everyone we were married....he's such a goofball.

But since the wedding....we're like rabbits.  I don't know what has gotten into us, but we seriously cannot keep our hands off each other!  It's fantastic!!!!

  • We got back to the room and sat in the jucuzzi and then went to bed... but we did get up in the morning go for breakfast and then I put on a cute lil outfit for him and we had some fun. We were both exhuasted. I'd been awake since 4:30 am (just couldn't sleep) and he said he was awake about 6. It was 11:30 by the time we got back to our room and we were just worn out... but it was REALLY good in the morning :)

  • we did, and it was AMAZING!  we made a decision about a year into our relationship that we would wait until we were married to have sex, so needless to say, it was a HIGH priority.  our reception was over at 10pm and we skipped the after party and went straight to the B&B.  we weren't able to drink much at the reception so we were both able to focus 100% on each other.  it was totally hot, steamy and romantic, i'm so glad it worked out the way it did.
  • I'm super jealous that a couple of you ladies has jazuzzi's to hop into on your wedding night!!!

  • Nope.  Not only did I have a 103 fever all day but AF decided she didn't want to miss out on the wedding either and showed up that morning.  DH got me home, helped me into pj''s, made me a cup of tea and I slept for 10 hours.   AF also decided to stay around until the day after we got back from our honeymoon.

  • We did. Our reception was over at 11pm, but we stayed to say goodbye to everyone that was still there and got to our room at about 11:45pm. We were so exhausted, but it was our wedding night so we had to. It wasn't the first time and I am so glad it wasn't considering we were half asleep.

  • We did it, in my wedding dress nonetheless! I was adamant about doing it on our wedding night, just to say we did. I've heard that most couples do not have sex on their wedding night simply b/c they're too tired. I could see why: we got home after midnight, and I had gotten sick before we left the venue (mixing liquors without eating is not a good idea, even in small quantities), so I was NOT in the mood. But honey knew I really wanted it to happen, so he carried me to the bed, lifted up my dress and did his thing. That's what actually woke me up enough to take my wedding dress off, otherwise I would've slept in it! What a night...
  • We totally did. We had been waiting, practically the whole 7 years we were together, but technically it was since January 2010.  I was so exhausted and there was a Prom party next door to us, but NOTHING was gonna stop us!  We got to the hotel around 12:30 am, but went to bed at 3:30 am.  My cousin got me a Kama Sutra book for my Bachelorette Party and we tried like 15 of the position in that book lol.  I know this is totally TMI, but it was so new to us!
