Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. how do i upload a photo?

i click on the tree like i did in TK but it doesnt give me the option to upload..i have to enter the pix URL? 

 

help!

    Its a gaint pain! You need to put the photos that you want to upload into like a photobucket type website (thats what I use). You would go to the photo website, upload the photos, then click on the photo you want to upload. On the right hand side of the page you will see different codes for ways you can use the photo and I apologize for not knowing which code you need to copy and paste but it tells you what they all are for. So... copy that code then come over to TN and click on the photo upload image (little tree), copy the URL into the top slot and then you'll need to mess with the other options because I don't remember what all it asks you to put in there. Basically, once you know about the photobucket website it's pretty easy to figure out! Sorry this wasn't super helpful but I try not to upload photos because it's a gaint pain in the rear and the last time I tried it didn't work :(

    It seems as if you can't, which is SUPER annoying.  Like PP said I think you have to upload it to a different photo website and then hotlink it (like you probably do for your sig photos).  Still liking TK's format better....
