London neighborhoods

Trying to find a hotel for our upcoming trip and I'm overwhelmed by all of the different options and neighborhoods in London.

We'll only be in the city for a few days, so some place with easy access to the main sites is important to us.

My current list of potential hotels are located in: Bayswater, Belgravia, Bloomsbury, Earl's Court, Paddington, Southwark, Victoria.

Any thoughts?

What's your favorite area to stay in and why?

Re: London neighborhoods

  • Any of those will give you easy access to the sites because they are all near the tubes. I would go for the best deal for the hotel.

  • Good to know.  Thank you!
  • We stayed in Earls Court when we went in March.  It was only a 10 min if that ride into the city.  Great transportation!
