Twin Home birth Pictures!
Re: Twin Home birth Pictures!
That would be ideal, but we don't really have the support for it here. If A stays head down, I plan on refusing induction and hiding in my house until he is basically crowning. H is terrified of seeing an outstretched vagina, so his usefulness may be limited.
Our hospital is only a block away, so I'm in no rush to get there.
There's a link to see the placenta. That thing was HUGE! This is what drunk nesting leads me to...
I thought it was pretty neat. I liked the one where she is laboring/pushing on someone's lap. Reminds me of "The Red Tent" when the main character gives birth while straddling the noble woman's lap so the babe will be born of noble blood and be raised as such.
This reminds me of a conversation I had six hours ago. H: "Do you know what today is?" I busted out in Vanessa Black's Friday. He said no. I guessed El Cuatro del Mayo. Wrong again. He said Star Wars Day, May the fourth be with you. I asked, "Isn't that Star Trek?"
That's pretty much how I feel about that noble home birth thing you just described.
Pretty much. You should totally read it. I love the book. I actually read that and "Water for Elephants" while I was in Europe 4 years ago.
And yes, May the 4th be with you.
