Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Didn't hear back today
I had a phone interview today and I thought it went pretty well. She even said she really loved my answers (mostly behavioral questions). Then she said she would email me this afternoon after she interviewed a couple more candidates.
I didn't get an email.
Is this bad or am I overreacting since it's only been literally one day?

This. As much as we try and e-mail people back when we say we will, sometimes it just doesn't happen. What irritates me the most is when interviewers do not get back with you at all. I've had that the past two interviews I've been on...even after they say they will! I would give it a day or two, and then you could follow up.
