Flag Day Randoms
A girl I've known for years online (we used to edit the same online magazine), has been dating this guy who, from his online interactions with her, seems like a total a-hole. They got engaged last night. I said congrats, I wanted to say, are you really sure this is what you want your life to be?!

My random is that the flag flying at the Capitol building today is going to be mailed to me for my classroom! Did you know that you could order these flags and that they're really pretty reasonable?
Oh and I'm not going to school today because I won tickets to media day at Sidney's California Adventure. School is out tomorrow. Win win!

I want to see my pictures from Sunday SO bad. I am stalking the website to see if they are posted. She told me it would take a few days, and I know she is never the quickest when it comes to posting pictures, but I am dying to see them!!
Maggie threw a hissy fit this morning b/c I wanted to take her nightgown off to get her dressed. She kept yelling 'My dress, my dress, let go'. If it was acceptable to let her go to school in pjs, I would have let her!!

Pregnancy has made me a snoring machine. T is getting annoyed, even with the oh-so-lovely Breathe Right strips, I still apparently sound like a chain saw. Which then results in neither of us getting any sleep, because he keeps poking and nudging me to make me stop. I think we're going to have to break down and he's going to have to start sleeping in the guest room.
We're getting a new water heater today, the water pressure has been acting funny for a while, a plumber came out last week and said the water heater is shot. I'm just happy I don't have to pay for it since this place is a rental.
I'm obsessed with the nursery. I go in there like 10 times a day just to stare and shift little things around. I can't wait to have it 100% done and post pics and to get the remaining things we still need.

I'm am so jealous you are going to Disney! And that you are done with school tomorrow. I still have 3 days left...I know I shouldn't complain, but I am ready to be done like yesterday!
My random is that my friend had her baby this morning!! And they were keeping the name a secret, and I guessed it!!! I've had Noah in my head since probably February when they said that one of the names they really liked was a biblical name, lol, and Noah just popped into my head. For some reason I just had a feeling!! But I am so excited for them!

P.S. Ian & I are going to go to the consignment sale Friday night. He's not so keen on one of my first times driving by myself in 2 weeks & with the baby to be on 70.
Yes you guys will! No prob, I think we're going to try to go to Baltimore on Saturday, and Tony leaves Sunday, so I'm sure Friday night will be laundry and packing and getting him ready for the conference. I'll be so happy once this constant travel is over!
We have to be in lower Manhattan before 8 am on Saturday, Mark has a soccer game in Princeton in the afternoon and we're finishing out the day with a party and then bar-hopping in Philly.
I just cashed in a free night voucher for a hotel in Princeton so I can take a nap while M's at soccer and he can shower before the party. I feel like that's incredibly lame but it'll be so much better for my sanity.

I know nothing about flag day lol.
Yesterday Wyatt and I were supposed to pay bills and pick up the mail and I totally forgot. I was frazzled by Wyatt's appointment, he was cranky and his car seat strap twisted and took me forever to fix, so I gave up on the day and went home after getting groceries. So now I have to go back into town today when I would much rather make a groove in my couch and watch Toopy and Bineu with my cranky kid.
I also know nothing about flag day.
Mackenzie is wearing all of her super cute summer outfits over the next week in case she ends up in the cast next Thursday. She is incredibly over dressed for most of our outings, but I don't care
So I totally thought this was going to be random facts about Flag day.
My random is that this cool woven belt I got is coming apart after wearing only 3 times. I'm considering emailing the company and seeing if they'll replace it.

Katie has been sick since Monday and it's breaking my heart. I've spoken to the pedi everyday this week and has brought her in twice. Finally we have a diagnosis- Roseola. Apparently the fever on Monday and Tuesday was a viral thing and now she's covered in a rash. It's just the way the virus has decided to leave her system. And then as if this wasn't bad enough, she also has 4 huge molars coming in making her super cranky. I feel horrible for her and I can't wait until she's herself again.
