Another SS question..
We received approval on our SS offer last week, with a condition that our seller bring 8k in additional cash to the closing. The sellers realtor was able to negotiate down to $0 owed by the seller and the file is now for "final approval". Anyone know how long the "final approval" takes after receiving a "preliminary" approval?

If the file truly is in for final approval the investor normally takes up to 10 business days. Im sure you have been waiting a while
