There is an open house my SO and I would like to attend. We have a REA and have been looking at houses for a while. Should we plan on taking her with us or is this something we do on our own?
Re: Open houses
If you feel comfortable looking on your own your realtor will probably not mind you looking on your own. Be sure not to give the seller any information about yourself which could hinder your negotiations later if you decide you like it. Happy House Hunting.
Do not sign the registry.
When asked if you are looking for a house - tell them yes, and we have so and so as our realtor working with us. It makes it clear that should you want to buy this house - your realtor would represent you
