How the fluck do you PIP on here??!
You use an imaging site (like photobucket) and copy the direct link (URL) to your photo you've uploaded.
Next to the smiley face is a little tree. Click on the tree and paste the URL you copied where it says "Image URL". The pic will show up automatically. If it's not size you can click on it and drag the corners to adjust the size like you would in a Microsoft Word document etc.
Ok, I have no idea why it took me 12 million tries to do this and they are all so tiny, but whatever.
