Re: what am I missing? (moms come in please)
I might have missed it on the list...burp cloths - I loved using cloth diapers. They soaked up a TON and were not very expensive.
bottle rack for drying and dishwasher basket
are your car windows tinted? If not you may want a shade for the window
mirror for the car? I know there's controversy over safety but some people like them.
boppy pillow or my breast friend pillow if you're going to nurse
shopping cart fabric cover
I suggest getting some of either the sheet savers or the "ultimate crib sheet" they sell at BRU. I liked using these to layer A's crib sheets so that when he made a mess during the night I would just rip of a layer and have a clean one ready underneath. Made for an easy sheet change at 2 am

toys for car seat.
Mirror for car to see baby rear facing
boppy
Feedback for what you have already:
Carriers- I'm pretty sure becco and ergo are similar so I'd just pick one.
Portable high chair- summers infant has a foldable very lightweight cheap one that is awesome for travel. If the baby will spend a lot of time at your moms the fisher price one might also be nice to leave there.
Extras: definitely boppy or something similar, we used the rock and play sleeper instead of a bassinet in the beginning and it was awesome. Not sure if it was in your list of not but a bundle me was nice for a winter baby- even if you don't want to drive with her in it is good for walks.
I agree, I never got a window or shade mainly just because I'm lazy but we've done fine without.
On that note maybe add a convertible seat, since they are expensive, but the only issue is that by the time you'd need it the return period will be up. So you can't change your mind.
Also, maybe a bumbo? I got mine on consignment for 10 bucks and it came in handy.
we got both because I got them on super sale for 1/2 off. Beco you can use facing out, and I thought it was better for disney world to use on the rides (we go every few months and will take baby), but I like the the ergo more.
we're waiting on this for when baby gets bigger. I'll probably get a britax one assuming they are still well reviewed then
totally forgot about these and will add them
I got a boppy for 1/2 off from zulily so I have that. I figure the breast friend is for feeding and I can use the boppy for tummy time.
will use a fan for white noise and have the sleepsounds giraffe thing from my MIL since she's obsessed with giraffes. I also registered for a car seat cover. I didn't want the bundle me because it didn't go over the car seat. I found another one that was well reviewed on amazon not sure of the brand offhand
yeah I added no toys lol. I'll have to add some in general!
This is probably smart. I have a britax and my main complaint is that they are very short on leg room if you want to rear face for a long time (they recommend til 2 now). I also have a sunshine kids one which gives her a lot more leg room and is also highly rated. We ended up buying this one by chance when she was casted bc it was the ony seat she fit in, but I really like it!
did i miss a baby bath tub? we have a hard plastic one, and a few inflatable ones (they get yucky after a while) and then a shampoo cup thingy that makes rinsing easier
definitely 1-2 dishwasher baskets
think ahead for the registry - not all newborn stuff. some toys for ages 6 mos and 9 mos to tide you over until first birthday loot
food stuff: little bowls and little first spoons, travel cups, straw cups, mesh food bag eater thingies
sleep sack - swaddle ones for the beginning, and regular ones for post 3-4mos old, cotton or fleece depending on season
grooming kit sets - with little brushes, combs, baby nail clippers
diapers - register for boxes of diapers!
Based on my limited experience, here are the things that we didn't know we would need (or didn't know we would need so many of):
Swaddle blankets - Summer infant and Halo make some with velcro so you don't have to use regular blankets. We have gone through more than one a night with spit up issues, so I recommend getting at least 4 so you're not doing laundry every day.
More changing pad covers -- our LO likes to do "sneak attacks" and pee/poo all over as soon as we take her diaper off to change her -- we've gone through as many as three covers in a day and we have five now, because washing every day was such a PITA
Also, if you have more thank one floor in your house, you might want to get a second portable changing pad. We have the changing table upstairs in her nursery and a portable changer downstairs.
Have some basic baby meds ready to go like Little Remedies gas drops and colic calm or Gripe water (thank you LP Queenie for recommending -- definitely been helping the last couple of nights!).
Get tons of burp cloths. If your LO spits up a lot, you'll go through a couple every day.
Also, for getting spit up and poo stains out of laundry, I highly recommend stocking up on good stain pre-treaters and oxyclean.
A bottle warmer if you plan to pre-make bottles in the fridge for the whole day/night (also highly recommend that!) Babies R Us has one that has a small cooler attached that holds two bottles and an ice pack -- it's a life saver for night-time feeding -- we take the whole thing up to our room at night and it saves us from having to make trips down to the kitchen to get bottles at 3am.

I'm not into AP but I have a Gemini and love it. It took me watching a video the first time to get it right (I was exhausted) but now its pretty quick!
I have a Britax RF still with K (will be 3 in sept). My parents and A have her FF but she hasn't complained yet. I just bought one for S and will have 2 in my subaru legacy - don't try to sit in my back seat!
