Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Bought a new car!
Well, I signed my life away last night (ok, maybe only 5 years of my life) and bought myself a new car. (see my last 2 post re:car is in the shop)
My older vehicle that I've had since I got my license is no longer safe to drive, so I had no other choice but to get a new car. H and I went to test drive a used Jeep Patriot, found out that it didn't have 4WD, so we talked to the dealer about a brand new one with 4WD....well they gave me a decent price, something I can afford, so I took the deal.
They also gave me more $ that I expected for my old Jeep, which they didn't even look at before throwing out a number....luckily, because apparently, 3 months before I bought my Jeep back in 2001, it had flipped over!!!! And back in 2001, they didn't have CarFax, so there was no way of knowing this ahead of time! They said that because of this roll over, the Jeep would be harder to sell at an auction, but since they already gave me a #, they were going to stick with it.

Although I will miss my fun, red, Jeep Wrangler, I know this Jeep will be safer, and better for the future....
