Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

i had the same problems, we should ask the mod to post a sticky at the top with instructions.
here's where you go to change your siggy:
Click on >My Profile at the top
It, of course, didn't take me to my profile, but at the top it said, "Welcome Back, Jessica!" so I clicked on >My Profile again.
Right above my avatar picture there's a link that says "Edit my Avatar & Sig"
Once you're there, here's the code to add a picture:

The link I got by uploading the pic I wanted to my photos on TN profile and then right click the picture, select "Properties" then there's the URL link in there, copy and paste that into the img code.
