Hah, we are keeping it private from the world, they may think we are crazy for having 2u2....
We are planning to start TTC this summer as well - actually in about a month or so! Still kind of a scary concept...
PS. I miss you ladies like crazy!
Ive heard 2u2 may be stressful but in the long run is WONDERFUL!!!
!!!!!!!!! I was just thinking about you the other day and wondering when #2 would come along! My sis got pregnant with her second when her first was 8 months. It was hard at first but then it was nice cause they are so close in age. Good luck!
We are hoping for a spring baby - I'm too much of a wuss to be pregnant in the summer, but we will try until we are (hopefully) blessed again!

Yeah I hear ya there. I was glad I was in my 2nd trimester during the summer and not the 3rd. I'm hoping for a winter or spring baby next time as well to avoid a lot of that summer heat. Plus it's nice being couped up in the house with a newborn during the winter/early spring because the weather sucks anyways! But of course a baby is a blessing any time of the year this is just what I would find ideal in a perfect world lol.

We are not TTC. I think we'd both like to, but I need to finish school first, and I'm not totally ready to give up my dance career. Hopefully within the next year though.

You are not crazy for wanting 2u2. I hope for 2u2 once we get things rolling!
Will you be my IRL firend? LOL. My "real" friends don't get why we want 2u2 and we will probably lose the few non-parent friends we have left once we have a second because they just don't "get it" (in terms of we have to be home for beditme, can't go to the bar, can't do things last minute...).
Oh, that really is a shame that they are like that. I guess everyone is different and has different priorities.
My DH is one of 5. He is 1 1/2 years younger than the oldest and 1 1/2 older than the youngest. The 2 girls are a few years younger, but also have about 1 1/2 between them. I love how close in age they are.
I totally want to (and really need to) have 2u2 (since I am of advanced maternal age now- ha). I'm one of five, and the 4 oldest are fairly close in age to each other (13 years, 12 years, 10 years & 7 years older than me). I always wished there was one close to me, too!
I think it's fun. I have 5 nieces & nephews that are within 3 years of each other (two separate families though, and they live close together)- now ages 15, 15, 13, 13 & 12. They have a blast together
We are TTC right now, also not public knowledge. Some of mil wife friends know, and my best friend and my mom. But that's it.
We have been TTC for two cycles, the third potentially coming up.
I also just started charting on fertilityfriend.com as well. We decided we weren't trying so much as not preventing....but after two months we decided I'm not equipped for that, I'm a totally mess wondering if I am or not.
We're mostly charting because hubs is going to be gone the majority of the next three months and I want to know if I'm ovulating for the sole fact of if he isn't home when I'm ovulating, I won't really have to worry about it. Then when he's back I'll know when I am ovulating, hopefully that'll help.
Glad to see so many out there are going to be TTC too!

You are totally not crazy for wanting 2u2! Having kids and how you choose to have them is a very personal decision, so you & DH have to do what's best for you and who cares what everyone else thinks! Plus then you get all the "fun" stuff like bottles and diapers out of the way up front & then you're done!
