My office is also subzero. I'm working late tonight and tomorrow to make up for the time I'm taking off Friday afternoon for a wedding I have in NJ. We're keeping the kiddo indoors until the weekend most likely.
I am disappointed because I really wanted to walk outside this week with the baby but alas, it's not in the cards.
I usually like to get a walk in during the day, but I think I'll just stick to hanging out in my subzero office today. Although if I start to feel stir crazy (which generally happens when I spend too long at my desk), I may have to relocate to the Starbucks across the street for an iced coffee and change of scenery.
M and I played outside in the water all morning. now he is asleep on me because we only have the ac running downstairs at the moment. its cool i like the cuddles.
i was anti bike ride but i make cruise the neighborhood with him just for fun this afternoon.
followed by tacos!!!
Just got back into work. I ran out to grab lunch and it was nice out... didn't seem too hot just yet or as dramatically hot as people are making it out to be.My office is also so freaking cold. I'm sitting here with a sweater on drinking a cup of tea.
DS is home from school today with my mom. I'm not sending him to school for the rest of the week because even Friday is supposed to be 90*. They don't have AC in his school building so I'm not making him go.
What is it with offices being cold? I too am sitting here with a sweater on.
I'm going to the gym tonight b/c I'm not yet acclimated to running outside in this mess. I usually build up my hot weather running tolerance down the shore. It is 78 degrees at my desk right now and it was 80 earlier this week.
I think I"m going to boycott cooking tonight, but I'll be eating out or attending other events the rest of this week, so I probably should cook.
