love my hubby but have to do something about his alarm clock!
now dont get me wrong i understand the importance of getting up on time but im having a hard enough time sleeping with my leg...
Anyways hubby needed to get up at 8:30 so he set the alarm for 7:30 and continues to hit the snooze till 8:30. the snooze is 9 minutes long so the alarm went off every 9 minutes for an hour!
Im a bit annoyed...
Re: really hubby?
I do something very similar...but only let the snooze go for about 30 minutes. I just like knowing that I can go back to sleep for another 9 minutes...so I get why he does it!
But, H isn't usually home (he usually leaves about an hour before me, so I'm the only person hearing the alarm go off.
I'd talk to your H and see if maybe he will agree to set the alarm for 45 min before...then 30 min...then 15 min etc...just gradually decrease the time for "snoozing"

I set my alarm for 5:45am and hit the snooze button. But only once. I only need that 9 minutes to wake up, and then the news comes on and I'm up. Sounds like he needs to be weened off the snooze by reducing the time the alarm goes off. I don't allow H to set his alarm, since his is a buzzer and I prefer to wake up to the radio.
I'd start reducing the time, so by the end of the week he only has to hit the snooze button once, or maybe not at all. I also like being woken up by the sun, so I leave a bit of a crack from the bottom of the shade. Maybe he needs to go to be earlier.
I agree with this. I am the same as your DH, I hit the snooze button for almost an hour before actually getting up, but I think this advice might work.
