A lot of ladies seemed to like this idea in the PP so I thought I'd start a daily discussion today! I didn't want to call it "accountability," since, honestly, that word intimidates me a little, and I'm a geek for alliteration. In the future, if someone else wants to start the discussion, or I don't come on one day, feel free to post! You don't have to wait for me to start.
So how's everyone doing today?
I did okay with my calorie counter on My Fitness Pal yesterday. I would have done better if I didn't have two beers with dinner.
Those liquid calories really get me sometimes!
Today should be a good day! Not sure I'll get a lot exercise in since it's supposed to be 91-95 today! I usually go for a decent walk with my dog after work, but he's part Husky, and really doesn't do well in this heat and humidity. So we'll probably just be lazy on the couch since the living room is one of the two rooms in our apartment with AC.

I went for a nice long walk after work yesterday with our neighbor's dog, it was the first walk I've taken in a while!
I was feeling terrible last night...sore throught, no appetite, H was out at the red sox game, so I got a chocolate shake from mcdonalds...prob not my best idea but it was the only thing I had eaten since lunchtime and the only thing I could physically get down without wanting to die!
Today, I'm feeling better, so I'm hoping to eat better. I ate some cheese for breakfast (red. fat cheddar stick from trader joes) along with some fruit. For lunch I'm making myself my version of the Chipotle burrito bowl, only with healthier cheese and rice. I can't wait for lunch! I'm not sure about dinner yet...

I was good during the day yesterday...but then DH wanted pizza for dinner! I did about 20 mins of insanity and tracked my calories on myfitness pal. Overall not horrible.
Today:
B: egg, smoothie
S: sunflower seeds and raisins
L- salad
D- chicken rice soup
I didn't do well yesterday. H's friend took us out to Golden Corral to eat since we helped rip out his carpet the day before. Then we came home and I was extra lazy.
Today I am hoping to take my dog for a walk.
I keep telling myself tomorrow will be better.
yesterday i ate way too much. today we had pie for birthday snacks at work. bah.
So tonight I'm going home, making healthy dinner, and taking my dog for some short walks (bpphoto, I have the same issue, my dog really can't handle the heat!), and if I'm really ambitious, maybe I'll throw in my yoga dvd since TV sucks during the summer.
Yesterday I didn't do too great with my eating. Ate a cookie at work and had seconds with my dinner. I did do a 5K run for my workout.
Today I did really good with my eating and had a good weight lifting workout. I'm trying to get back in the habit of tracking my calories on myfitnesspal but I keep forgetting!
