I am currently on Week 6 of Insanity. I am loving my results
especially being 7.5 months post partem. I do plan to start Insanity again
however I think I want to do another (maybe not as intense as Insanity) program
in between. I am not sure if my body can go another round of Insanity back to
back, I need a break from it, but don't want to break completely. The gym is
not an option for me as a full time working mommy of a 7 month old. I was
thinking the Brazil Butt Lift or ChaLean Extreme?? Any suggestions?

i have chalean extreme...it is ok. you really do need a wide variety of weights to get a good workout.
I purchased jillian michaels body revolution and LOVE it. I already completed the 12 week program, if i followed the diet, my results would be better...i am doing it again. it is so far the best program that i have done. I have insanity, and do incorporate it in my workouts on my cardio days w/ JM program, but still prefer hers over insanity.
I LOVE Beachbody! I am currently doing a ChaLean Extreme/Insanity hybrid. After that is over I will be doing the new Body Beast program.
If you want to do ChaLean Extreme, make sure you are using heavy enough weights. I use Powerblocks. I got them off of craigslist and saved a ton of money.
Hi- I'm a beachbody coach and I'm doing ChaLEAN extreme- I love it! It's actually why I signed up to be a coach! Yes, you need heavier weights, but I started pretty light (5 & 8 lbs) and now have 12 and a resistance band. I feel and look so much leaner.
I've also done JM 30 DS and I liked that a lot too.I haven't done her other ones though.
