The price on "my" house dropped again...
We are now getting into negotiation territory. Last night DH said to me "So......have you been on openhouseok dot com to look at the house recently?" I haven't. He looked disappointed. He said that he looks at it everyday. WTF is that supposed to mean?
But...we are going to wait it out. I feel like we jumped the gun with our current house and I want to take our time. Although we are in negotiation territory, I still feel like what we offered is the right price for the house and I won't go a penny higher.
Yet, I can't stop thinking about it......
