I wish I had some inspiring meal to make myself! I did make a delicious watermelon and feta salad the other night. So yummy! There are a million different variations, but I went the simple route: cut up watermelon, crumbled feta cheese, a bit of red onion, a splash of lemon juice, and a bit of sea salt. Next time I think I will skip the onion, as over night it got very onion-y.
Tonight I think we'll have some kind of marinated chicken and potatoes (steam in the bag kind...I'm not feeling ambitious today).

It's Friday date night...so going out....not sure where.
You girls will think H and I are nuts, but we have had our "Friday night date night" since we first started dating. That's not the weird part. It always consists of going out to dinner and then we head to WalMart for our weekly shopping. Yep...uptown living for us! The crazy thing is we love going to WalMart on Friday because in our little town it is the most crazy ridiculous place on the weekends and Friday nights it is dead so we have the whole stupid store to ourselves. It's become such a tradition for us that our family and friends always make fun of us and hardly ever invite us to things on Friday's because they don't want to interfer with Walmart! we're so dumb...
Lol. Usually Friday is our date night, too. We go out to dinner and then head to Target and/or Lowes of Home Depot. We really know how to live it up, eh? We do need cat food....
hehehe... you made me giggle because I totally forgot about dog food! That's why I love you girls!!!
