As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Lonesome George
my husband and I have been reading about Lonesome George for a long time and were planning to take a trip to see him. He died today and it must be the pregnancy hormones but it made me cry
He was the last Pinta giant tortoise. They've tried for years to get him to reproduce with other tortoises but never would. They believe he is the last of his kind, and he was around 100 years old.
I guess that's all I have to say. I'm sad. Yes...over a turtle.
