Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I had my first wiegh in yesterday and gained .8lbs! It was all I could do to not laugh on the scale. I mean really who gains wieght the frist week of a wieght loss program? LOL
I have no one to blame but me thought, I gotta get my head in the game!

I'm on a downward trend again. Hoping it sticks. I've got a cruise in January and I want to be able to enjoy it, not watching what I eat.
It just sucks. Sometimes I feel that if I eat anything, I gain 5 lbs. I hate eating proper portion sizes. I miss being able to eat until I'm stuffed.
I'm trying to get to the downward spiral but I'm having that same problem. It seems that not matter what I eat I'm either gaining or not losing at all. So frustrating. I'll admit that I enjoy a starburst here or there and the occasional ice cream cone. I suspect my extra calories are adding up enough that it's counter-acting my dieting.
Am, at least you wanted to laugh. If that were me, I'd probably want to cry.
