Atlanta Nesties
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
I'm a newbie to the Nest, we recently got married in May and are both fairly new to the Atlanta area. We currently live in the Sandy Springs/Roswell area. Since we've gotten married we've pretty much fallen into a work, dinner, tv, routine which is so unlike us. We prefer to be more social 1-2 nights a week. Since we don't know the area well any recs for fun married/unmarried activites in the area where we can meet more people?
We usually do bowling, dinner, movies theu usual things so other ideas would be awesome!
TIA ladies!

Baby on Board - My Blog
Welcome to the board and congrats on your marriage!
I don't live in town, but in my experience, the best way to make new friends is to get involved with the community. We volunteer for a lot of things and try to stay active in the community, and that leads to the best friendships we have found. Go out and do the things that you love to do, and you're bound to meet others with similar interests. And in the meantime, enjoy the honeymoon phase and just being together!!
