Dog's pad cracking/flaking?
I was clipping my Lab's toenails and I noticed her pad looked funny. I've tried to Google it but I don't know what to look up. Any ideas? It's her front paws. They are both doing it but one is worse than the other.

Sorry I can't figure it out.
From your description, I initially thought it was just dry/cracked. Our boxer sometimes ends up with cracked & dry pads from a fun filled day of exercise/hiking/beach/etc. However after looking at your photo, I'm really not sure. It looks kinda odd. If she isn't favoring it or licking them, I wouldn't worry too much right now.
Maybe put some bag balm on it? I put bag balm on everything. Its antibacterial and a heavy moisturizer. I swear by the stuff

I did some online research. I can't vouch for any of these but I hope this helps. Maybe consider a trip to the vet just to be sure?
