Whatever I decide on lunch won't make me too sick at night?
I go day by day these days.
We've only gotten as far as today...
We're having marinated steak tips, grilled sweet potato wedges, and green beans.
Tonight we are having Mongolian beef with rice and stir fried veggies
Also up this week will be crockpot pulled pork.
We are supposed to be heading out camping this weekend but then fly out to my patents for 10 days on Monday so I need to make sure we pretty much clean out our fridge but figure out what to take camping.
Monday - pork loin, some kind of vegetables
Tuesay - tacos, salad, rice
Wednesday - cookout at the ILs
Thursday - chicken of some sort
Friday - potato and hot dogs on the skillet, green beans
Saturday - out
Maria that honey lime chicken sounds yummy! Recipe please? I also need to start working on stocking the freezer for when baby arrives.
Monday - hot dogs, chips, and salad
Tuesday - out to a fancy dinner in celebration of our anniversary
Wednesday - TBD, maybe breakfast for dinner
Thursday - Pizza, homemade with whatever we want to add to our individual pies, I'll go with spinach and artichoke on mine
Friday - Dinner theater for our anniversary
Saturday - we might be taking a day trip to Philly, so probably out if that happens, if not leftovers at home.
I've been trying to just make duplicates of what we have for dinner versus doing one big "cooking day." I've been trying to use what is on sale that week -- for example Pork Loin was on super sale (less than half price), but you had get like a 8lb. piece. So I got that and bbq sauce was on sale for $1. Used both crock pots and made a ton of pulled pork one day. We ate and then I had 4 gallon bags full to freeze.
Chicken meals have been easiest when you just measure everything out at the same time -- once into the crock pot and the rest into the bags. I have a lot of stuff I want to try Pinned.
Here's the Honey Lime Chicken -- oh I don't have a grill and were having company so I couldn't use the Foreman -- so I just baked it. Awesome on salads the next day,
Honey Lime Grilled Chicken -- From Brit
Heat grill (either outdoor grill, or indoor grill pan) to medium high. Grill chicken for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. If you're using fairly thin chicken breasts, cut time down.

Thank you much friend! Sounds awesome and I will definitely be following the tips for making and freezing. Breaking it up and making extra of what we have sounds a lot easier than one long cooking day.
