Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

those that went over to the proboards would be back by now...guess I was wrong.  The national boards are so slow, it is depressing.  On the bright side, it got rid of a ton of the ubber b!tches so that is good news.  I kind of wonder if the nest/knot people aren't like OH ***!!!

*shrugs*

I guess all good things must come to an end eventually.

    I thought they'd be back too.  I'm surprised.  I don't mind the proboards...but I would prefer to keep all of my message board existence in one spot.  I can't get myself to create a user name over there.  Not that I really want to post on the Married Life board, anyway.

    The board I posted on pretty much just moved to Facebook. It was over the first time the boards went down so even the proboards one never got any traction.

    Honestly, I'm not surprised. Proboards offers everything the Nest did, but on a platform that actually work and without obnoxious baby ads on the side of the page.  I think the majority of the national posters weren't active on the local boards anyway, so visiting 2 sites isn't an issue.

    My anniversary board moved to Facebook almost a year ago, so this group and a couple of national boards were the only ones I visited. I was really surprised that the mass exodus to ProBoards seems to be permanent at this point; I thought they'd be back, too. I'm glad this one is still semi-active and on here still.

    Luckily, the book board never really got into proboards, so they're all still on the Nest. But yeah, the rest of the boards have been depressing.
