send able gift for a 2 year old?
maybe I should make a clicky poll, but E's godson;s bday is this week and he turns 2. Im mailing a card and Im putting at the bottom "gift to come" so the parents know - but Im at a loss for a gift.
They live in NYC, so I cant do like a cozy coupe, or a pottery barn chair which I was thinking about - but since they live there - I was maybe a pass to the bronx zoo or something cool there
what do you guys think? Or maybe just money for the parents to save or dos omething fun with him?

My new favorite go to gift is "Ellison the Elephant" by Eric Drachman. It's such a cute story and it comes with an audio CD which has an awesome reading of the book with music.
Our Irish relatives tend to send money and we use it to go to the museum, zoo, bounce place, etc. We tell them this in the thank you card and I'll email photos once we do it.
