XP- Anyone familiar with Destin, FL?
Hi there! Headed there this month & trying to organize!
1. I like to take a list of nearest urgent care/hospitals & found the nearest urgent care in our insurance network but wanted to make sure--- is the nearest hospital Sacred Heart Emerald Coast in Miramar?
2. Great fun & yummy family friendly dining options? We will be in Crystal Beach if that helps.
3. Great date night dining options?
4. Great rainy day activities with two 3 yr olds?
5. Any other fun things to recommend?

1. As far as I know (and I have never really looked into it), this is the nearest hospital that I know of. Miramar isn't that far from where you're staying.
2. We usually cook most nights, but always make a trip to Mellow Mushroom every time we go to Destin. My niece and nephew love it.
4. Last year when it rained, we took my niece (3 at the time) and my nephew (7 at the time) bowling. Again, the bowling alley we took them to wasn't far at all from crystal beach.
We have a house in Destin -
1. Yes, closest hospital. There is an urgent care on airport rd right across the street from the Destin airport.
We don't eat out much when we are there (and honestly find the restaurants just eh and touristy). If you are willing to drive for a date I live areas like Seaside, Watercolor, etc.
4. There is a Science Museum in Ft Walton that is fun. it looks old and just so so but it is fun inside. There are not a ton of indoor child friendly activities there to be honest.
