Good Morning Ladies!!
I hope everyone has a great and safe 4th of July! Hubby and I are headed out to one of my favorite places of all time, and one of the most beauitful places in America, Lake Michigan! Can't wait to spend the day just soaking up the sun and relaxing with my love

We were planning on going up the lake and taking the boat to watch the fireworks later, but hubby has been running temp and feeling crappy since Monday. Dr thinks it's a bad sinus infection, so we'll see how it goes.
Hopefully we get to go or there's going to be a lot of food here to eat. Double batch of brownies, 2 lbs of potato salad and a whole spike watermelon.
Happy 4th to you all! DH and our dog are out watching the Peachtree Road Race (it is a huge 10K that goes directly in front of our home- I've jogged it that last two years, but didn't want to do it this year) and I'm doing laundry and surfing the net right now. Later we're going to a few cookouts. Probably skipping the fireworks this year because we both have to work tomorrow morning.

If it's as hot as it is by you as it is here, Lake Michigan would be very refreshing to swim in =]
We had planned on going to a baseball game in Milwaukee, but with a high of 97 degrees we decided to skip it in favor of a pool party/cookout at my parents' friends' house. Kind of sucks since we bought decent tickets that are going to waste, but it's not worth it to be miserable the entire time.

DH and I were hoping to spend the day relaxing at my parents' pool with the rest of the family, but it isn't very nice out today, very cloudy
DH is actually still in bed! He never sleeps this late haha. Later we are going to the 4th of July parade and then a BBQ at my parents. Love days off

That is so neat that you can watch the race from your house. My parents and brother live in the Atlanta area so I want to try to register for the race next year, I missed the deadline to sign up for the lottery this year.

H and I went to my parents' for a BBQ earlier. Now we're home relaxing, just enjoying the day off
Glad you ladies had a good time... I worked :-P
But the state is safe and I am home already so it was a good night ;-)
