Buying A Home
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Anyone have any recommendations on who to use? We received one quote from Fidelity, who our realtor recommends, but they were VERY pricey and did not receive high remarks online.
Re: Home warranty companies
I use HSA home warranty. www.onlinehsa.com. They have approved 2 claims in a month and come out fast.
As a Realtor, I highly recommend HSA home warranties. They recently restructured their price plan and what they offer - making it less expensive!
For some insight, look at the video on www.youtube.com/kyleathsa
He's my local guy and his video explains many of the benefits.
we bought a foreclosure and it came with a 2 yr warranty, but I believe the company is called Home Protect. We have a $100 deductible, but I've submitted 2 claims on their website and they email you back right away with a name and # to call for service www.homeprotectwarranty.com
