I'm not sure what to make, it's been so hot and I hate turning the oven on. It might just be a pizza night in this house, have decided yet.
Re: So what's for dinner?
I agree, it's been WAY too hot to turn the oven on!
Tonight we're having crock pot beer chicken w/ pasta salad and veggies.
Crock pot beer chicken: Take your chicken (I use a whole chicken, but you can also use thighs, drumsticks, whatever) and season (you can use whatever you like but I add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, basil and/or Italian seasoning) and a can of beer. Cook on low for 6-8 hours depending on if you're using a whole chicken or pieces.
Per usual Hubby working late so I prob just do a sandwich or my go to meal cheese on tortilla chips haha very healthy.

oohh! Indian food and Naan, that sounds excellent. I, too, love Naan, my hubby introduced it to me
I have some leftover mexican chicken in the fridge I'll have tonight. I'll have to look for an Indian recipe for this weekend, though! Hubby will be in town and I think he'd love that!
Thanks for the idea!

Grilled b-b-q chicken and spanish rice. I vary rarely use the oven this time of the year, but we have central ac, so I could if I wanted to. But I prefer to grill as much as possible. We don't have any potatoes left, so it will be rice. Maybe baked beans. I like to add bbq sauce and mustard to baked beans. Yum!
