1 day on the market = 3 showings = 2 offers!!!
We haven't seen the offers yet but our agent was notified by to seller's agents that they'll be submitting offers to us within the next 24 hours! We obviously aren't sure if the offers are strong enough but for now I'm just happy to have such interest in our property!!!

Abby - remember, the markets are so different between here and NJ. Keep you chin up - the right offer will come your way (hopefully sooner rather than later!). And you know the neighborhood I am in - the house up the street just sold a couple of weeks ago - about 5 months after going on the market. Granted, they were priced too high to begin with (and I'm not sure what they sold for yet), but houses in our area do sell. Good luck!

Jealous also. I haven't been on the market as long (just 2 weeks) and we have had 4 showings and 3 groups at the open house. No offers. I just want to be done with it, get lucky and have an average offer and be done with the selling part.
The NJ market is still pretty tough actually?. there is no way we could sell our house right now if we were doing it on our own. Since I?m part of a corporate relocation my company is covering our loss and we priced the house really competitively in the hopes something like this would happen.
I feel for you ladies going through this in the normal circumstance. We?re underwater on the mortgage and if it weren?t for the relo we?d be here for another 10 years recovering from this market.

Yes... it was a busy weekend! We got the 2 offers from our first day listing and a 3rd offer from a showing on Friday evening! There is a 4th couple (saw the house yesterday) planning to submit an offer today after discussing with their mortgage rep.
Our agent is asking the buyers agents to come back with their "final & best" today so hopefully we'll have a deal finalized in the next day or so!
ETA- One of the offers is already for full asking price so anything more we get is just a bonus!
