Legal Website for Wills, etc
Has anyone ever used a legal site such as LegalZoom.com? I'm looking to get a Living Will, Power of Attorney and possibly a Last Will and Testament. I'm newly divorced with no children and little assets but would like to get this stuff on paper so my parents and/or friends don't have to question any of it.
Thoughts, comments, suggestions?
Thanks!

Re: Legal Website for Wills, etc
Do not use that site or any other. They are not always accurate as to state specific laws and they may say the need to be notarized or witnessed but do not tell you things such as the people you name cannot witness or notarize. These Wills are highly and successfully defeated in court. I work in a law office in this department.
Shop around for attorneys - we specialize in this and start cheap for a simple or basic Will.
